All cross stitch patterns and procreate brushes — digital or printed — are non‑refundable. Due to the
nature of
patterns and the ability to copy or reproduce them, all sales are final.
Handmade Physical Items
This includes:
• Needle minders
• Scissor fobs
These items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery if:
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You contact me within the 14‑day window
• The item is returned in unused condition
Return Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Printify / Print‑on‑Demand Products Printify’s Return Policy
Print‑on‑demand items (such as mugs, shirts, etc.) follow Printify’s refund and replacement
policy.
If there is an issue with a Printify‑fulfilled item:
• Please contact me with photos of the problem.
• I will submit a claim through Printify on your behalf
• Printify will determine whether a replacement or refund is approved
